Brief Introduction of QT6-15A:
- It is a vibration press type four-column brick making machine able to vertically press kerb stones.
- A novel semienclosed feeding funnel and a distributing device both in gear drive can rotate 360º to feed materials into moulds quickly and uniformly.
- It is capable of utilizing effective vibration force to the hilt, so as to uniformly transfer vibration force to each part of mould box, and greatly improve product density and service life of mold box.
- It can quickly mould products once, reducing electric power and labor cost.
- It is automatic in feeding, discharging, aggregate, brick covering material and vibration.
- One-time stripping of several moulds is convenient for concentrated transport and stacking, and improvement of productivity.
- Free change of moulds is fast and better for reduced noise, achieving diversified purposes.
- It only needs ten pieces of pallets, molded but wet wall bodies and ground bricks can be stacked.
